The Harrow
The Harrow has been online since 1998 and is published and run by Dru Pagliassotti and an all-volunteer, international editorial and review staff. It is an Open Access, peer-reviewed online literary magazine devoted to publishing original and complete works of fantasy and horror.
The Harrow especially welcomes young, new, and amateur writers. Submissions go through a blind review process and authors work with the editor on any revisions that are requested before acceptance. Freelance book reviewers are also invited to submit their work — The Harrow seeks reviews of small-press or self-published books in the horror and fantasy genres.
Please see The Harrow’s author guidelines for further details. All submissions must be made online through The Harrow’s web form.
The Harrow always needs talented reviewers and welcomes queries from experienced editors interested in volunteering on staff.
The Harrow Press® publishes The Harrow and its print anthologies. The Harrow Press is not accepting manuscript submissions at this time.
