Clockwork Heart

Sorry that I’ve been out of it, but I’ve been out of it — as in fevered and coughing for the last three days with no end in sight today. Ugh! This is the worst bout of illness I’ve had in ages. I blame the airplane trip back from Georgia….

However, in the midst of my coughing and hacking despair, I was happy to see that Elizabeth Headrick at BookFetish.Org has given Clockwork Heart 5 stars (yay!) and posted her interview with me. I’m so gratified that people are enjoying my book — that’s all I want, really. I know there’s no fame or fortune involved in writing, but if a reader enjoys a few hours of   escape between the covers of Clockwork Heart, then I’ve accomplished my goal.

And now I have to crawl off to chair a divisional meeting and then seriously consider going back home again….
